Hazards Based Safety Engineering

    Humidity conditioning, resistance to environmental noise, dust

    Bending, flexing, insertion/withdrawal, impact, vibration, etc.

  • Abnormal Electrical Performance
    Overload, short-circuit, dielectric, leakage, imbalanced charging, faults, etc.

Prevention and Mitigation

Electrical Current

Reduction of potential shock through charging circuit-interupting device, grounding monitor/interupter, Isolation monitor/interrupter, grounded system requirements

Responder Protection: In an effort to protect First responders a Finger probe testing on energized access areas is performed.
